The practice is in a railway arch near Peckham Rye station — three quiet, soundproofed rooms in a working part of South East London. Next door is a boxing gym. You can park your car right outside or tie your bike up next to mine. You leave a session and step straight back into the ordinary world, which for many people is exactly the right transition. It is not a clinical environment and it is not trying to be.
The work we do here is the same work I do online — integrative, collaborative, led by you. What changes is the dynamic. Being in the same room means we exchange something that can't happen on a screen — the way behaviour shifts in a shared space, what we notice in each other, what moves between us in those moments. Sometimes that's exactly what the work needs.
£60 for a 50 minute therapeutic hour — the same as my online rate. The room cost of £14 is passed on at cost, making sessions here £74 in total. There is no mark-up.
A short walk from Peckham Rye Overground station and served by several bus routes. Car and bike parking is available directly outside.
